Metal Gear Online, The Most Competitive Game? The Soviet's '50 cents'

Hey all.

Well as you can guess we all want to prove alot to people during our matches but ive noticed that a few players, who are really competitive, Can be extreme dicks.

As you can guess, For those who are in a Clan, You want your Clan to be the best as possible and of course, I think things like Clan Rankings and Player Rankings adds to this competitiveness. Unlike Call of Duty or other games, There's nothing saying what Clans are the best or really who pwns who. (EDIT: Apart from the Leaderboard.. But you know where im getting from)

I also notice alot of people having 'mood swings' during games because they are getting pwned. For example I noticed one guy, hosted a game and got murdered. He was all civil at the start but he turned into a HUGE dick. Every time he got killed he said 'Fuck you' Of course he left because of the frustration.

Also, For all those (Like me) Who are on the border of Leveling and keep changing to 5 and 6 (Like me) You have this sense of 'You've gotta have a better K/D Ratio' I went through loads of games camping trying not to get killed.


Now as many people know, There's allways dicks who are loadmouthing saying they are better or complaining because of others grounding them down.

Now what im comsidering it's not the people who are playing the game...

But the game itself maybe?

I admit i have mood swings. not one of the major ones in OHU but i do get frustrated at spawn campers. Thus my new mission is to not graduate spawn campers until they play properly.

as in MPO/MPO+, Emblem = shit. I have no hope in hell of reaching Hound/Dob/Fox/FH, a slight chance of eagle. But tbh, i find it more fun to go for Night Owl with the constant thrill of losing the ENVG, and having to go on a rage to find them again. Although it still sucks when a teammate steals them. But it's an extra element.

Example-Chris-C, playing with him in survival. Although i had to convince him to stop kicking sloths. IF he had not have d/c'd we would have got two 5Win's but alas, he lagged out everytime between #2 and #3 and no leader means no playing :/

But what i mean to say is if people play consistantly and don't get p'd off with one another it would be a better game. with guys like OBF giving everyone strife (dirty word tennis with them ) i'm not surprised it's competitive. They want to prove them wrong.

yeah in terms of chris-c the deuch-ometer was point his way he kicked me ME for bein sloth till u told him otherwise survival teams want to be gud obviously but if u jst go a on stat wat chance u got surely game time to level is a better idea of the player a 90hr vet on level 3 is mince but a level 4 15hr is gud

I'd think every one get's annoyed when they are having a bad day.
there's just different people.
there's the explosive ones who shout abuse at every one.
And then there are the implosive ones like me, who get killed aloud but don't shout and eventually get really annoyed and go on a huge kill rampage.
although for me I usually miss out the rampage...

don't worry, just pick up the SVD

with that many backs asking you to cover them, you can't miss

I can't snipe for beans.... I found a really good spot on one map and I pretty much missed every shot, the ones I did hit were not even kills.

yeah well, all i find annoying is the safety lock

stops most of my rampages

C4 in your spawn point solves all problems

need to save up though

then rpg is out of the question to?

A few interestingly placed claymores are always fun.

i hate it wen im shooting at an enamy and my team walk Right in front of me and i kill them by accented and they BIG mouth it off saying ahh u team killer..

I've been team kill kicked from many a game for that very reason. It is rather irritating to say the least.

people don't seem to mind me

i suppose they're just embarressed for not having realised what i was gonna do following behind them with a knife out

and the majority of my victims are AFK which helps
